HRSA Accreditation and PCMH Recognition Initiative

The HRSA Accreditation and Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition Initiative supports health centers in obtaining Ambulatory health care accreditation and/or Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition. PCMH recognition has become a standard of care for HRSA funded health centers. Ambulatory health care accreditation and PCMH recognition increase health outcomes, improve health equity, and lower costs for patients and health centers.

Health Center Loan Guarantee Program (LGP)

The program supports loans to eligible Health Center Program awardees for the construction, expansion, alteration, renovation or modernization of health center medical facilities. Health Center Controlled Networks

Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) help health centers improve quality of care and patient safety by using health information technology (HIT) to reduce costs and improve care coordination. They offer specialized training and technical assistance (T/TA) to take advantage of economies of scale, including: Group buying power, Shared training, and Data analytics to support quality measurement and improvement.
