Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s) can find guidance from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS).  Annually updates are finalized in November that are effective January 1 which can result in a revenue impact as well as compliance elements.  Knowing the guidelines, updates and impact to a health center is critical.
