Developing strong health center teams

Workforce development programs at MPCA focus on recruiting, retaining and developing strong workforce within community health centers and Urban Indian Organizations. This includes providing training for new and existing staff, providing assistance with workforce development strategic plans, and strengthening academic partnerships throughout the state to support health center workforce needs.
